Makin ma way down town...calm down I’m only kidding haha, but seriously, so the other day I was walking down Regent street after an appointment with some perspective employment...ahh yes the joys of job hunting! Anyway I’m getting off topic, as I was saying, walking regent street a massive red 50% off sign caught my eye! Now girls, obviously one doesn't just see a sale sign and walk past?! So I went in haha. And this sounds so cliché but I legit couldn't believe what I was seeing. Ok let’s set the scene. I’m Australian, which in 95% of life’s aspects is freaking amazing (that’s one thing living in London has taught me, us Aussie’s have life pretty darn good!). However, being from the land down under also means that branded products are expensive, almost double the price of what they are here in the UK!Oh my lord I’m way off topic again, someone put a stop to this nonsense! After about, say 10 minutes mulling over what lovely purchases I would make, I eventually walked away with this…
Back: Coconut Luxury Set Front: Strawberry Luxury Set (Both include scrub, body butter, shower gel, soap and loofa)
...for 20 QUID! (How is that even legal, I feel like a criminal)
Turns out it was the Christmas stock that they were trying to get rid of, but to my delight it wasn’t even Christmas scents, I got a strawberry box and a coconut box of goodies, all because of a bit of Christmas decoration on the lid!I’m currently still living in a hostel, I’m literally homeless haha, so I wanted to wait until I could relax in my own space before popping open these bad boys (such a painful, oh so painful decision)Long story short there I was the next day, back in the regent street body shop, card in hand and purchasing another pack of goodies.
The Essential Tea Tree Skin Care (face wash, toner and skin clearing lotion)

I already have the Tea tree face scrub so I thought, hey why the hell not lets have the set shall we hahaAfter that mission I said screw it, I’m going to make use of all these lovely products! So after a nice, long (long because there was no hot water so I was reduced to trying to attempt to wash my hair urghhhh). In despite of the momentary frostbite or the ice-induced headache, it was the nicest shower I’ve had since I left my comfy shower in ye old Adelaide (L I miss my bathroom)
Thank you BODY SHOP UK!What about you guys? What’s the best thing you’ve nabbed in a Body Shop (or in fact any skincare/bodycare shop)?Ta Ta lovers xxx
