Barry M - Nail Paint Review
I have been absolutely loving pastels the past couple
of weeks, I know right, liking pastels in spring, ground breaking! (Op that
went very devil wears Prada quickly) But anyway lately I have gone a bit pastel
crazy adding some much needed colour into my black and white wardrobe.
I've never been one for painting my nails, I like
doing it but usually I find they only really last for a day or two before they
chip off horrendously and due to my incredible laziness I usually just let them
stay chipped for, lets say, about a year and a half (obviously kidding but you
see where I’m going with this). Regardless because I have been so infatuated
with pastels lately I decided to get a nice baby blue nail polish!
I came across the Barry M nail paint in the shade
'Blue Moon' and I have to say, for £2.99 I was very pleasantly surprised! I
found it went on extremely easily, although all new nail polish’s seem to do,
however it didn’t tend to run into my nail cuticle, which usually is my
downfall, and I have to start all over again! One annoyance was that I did need
to apply two coats to get that deep colour, not the worst thing in the world
but I was worried this would cause the chipping of le nails to occur.
I stood corrected; I managed to get through about 4
days of work wearing the nail polish with only very slight chips on the ends of
my nails. I know this doesn’t seem like much but I have some superpower for ruining
painted nails and for a polish to last that long I was very impressed!
On the whole, a big 8/10 for the ‘Nail Paint by Barry
M’, I will most definitely be purchasing again.
Let me know what your favourite Nail Polish is!
